Candidates must be a Full Member or Approved Probationer in the Kerala General Education Subordinate Service and must have not less than 5 years of service in any of the posts: Clerk/Typist/Attender/Office Attendant/Full-time Menial as on the date of application. 1. Must have passed the SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. OR Must have passed a Degree from any of the Universities in Kerala or any other University recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR Must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent recognized by the Government. 2. Must have passed the T.T.C. Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. 3. Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Note: D.Ed (Diploma in Teacher Education) or D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) are considered equivalent to T.T.C. as per G.O.(RT) No.3280/13/G.Edn dated 05.08.2013, G.O(RT) No.1700/18/G.Edn dated 05.05.2018, and G.O(RT) No. 2009/18/G.Edn dated 30.05.2018.

1. Candidates must submit applications online through the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 2. Candidates must be a Full Member or Approved Probationer in the Kerala General Education Subordinate Service with at least 5 years of service as on the date of application. 3. Separate rank lists will be prepared for each district. 4. Candidates can apply for only one district. 5. Reservation rules (KS & SSR Part II Rules 14-17) are not applicable for By Transfer recruitment. 6. Candidates must possess the required service certificate from the Head of Office/Department. 7. Exemption from K-TET is provided for candidates who have passed NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed in the relevant subject. 8. CTET Category I/II is not accepted in place of KTET Category III/IV. 9. Candidates who have not studied Malayalam as a subject or whose medium of instruction was not Malayalam in SSLC are not eligible. 10. B.Ed is not accepted in place of T.T.C.
