• Exam & Test Analytics: Test scores, mock test answers, bookmarked questions, study notes, and learning progress statistics.
• Automatically Collected Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, device identifiers, login timestamps, session durations, crash logs, referral URLs, language preferences, and time zone settings.
• Push Notification Tokens: Web push notification subscription tokens (VAPID key tokens) if you opt in to receive real-time KPSC exam alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process personal information to provide and improve the Services, fulfill our contractual obligations to users, comply with applicable laws, protect the security of our platform, and, where required, based on your consent. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Authenticate your account and maintain secure access to your profile.

If you enable web push notifications, we store your browser subscription token to send real-time exam alerts and timetables. You may opt out of push notifications at any time through your browser or device settings without affecting your account access.
