Direct Recruitment I. Category No: 672/2022 : Open Market II. Category No: 673/2022 : Constabulary (From among Graduate Police Constables, Head Constables, Police, Vigilance etc. departments having equivalent rank)

Category – I [Open Market]: 20-31. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1991 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation is applicable to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. Category – II [Constabulary]: 20-36. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included).

I) Educational Qualification:- Must be a graduate. Note: In the absence of qualified candidates belonging to SC/ST for Category I, graduates belonging to SC/ST who have passed Pre-University/Pre-Degree or equivalent examination from a recognized University will be considered to make up the quota reserved for them, if necessary. II) Physical Qualifications:- A) Must be physically fit and possess the following minimum physical standards:- (i) Height - 167 cm (Taller candidates will be given preference) (ii) Chest - 81 cm (Minimum 5 cm expansion) Note: For SC/ST candidates, minimum height shall be 160 cm and chest 76 cm. Minimum expansion of 5 cm is applicable to them also. B) Must possess the visual standards specified below without glasses. Left Eye / Right Eye (i) Distant Vision: 6/6 Snellen / 6/6 Snellen (ii) Near Vision: 0.5 Snellen / 0.5 Snellen III) Endurance Test:- In addition to the qualifications given above, each candidate shall be subjected to a physical efficiency test and must qualify in any 5 (five) events out of the 8 (eight) events specified under National Physical Efficiency One Star standard.

Women and differently-abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this notification. Candidates must produce a Medical Certificate in original in the prescribed format from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon at the time of certificate verification. Candidates must submit Confirmation for writing Examination through their One Time Registration profile.
