Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to reservation group mentioned in this notification).

(a) For Other Backward Communities 18-39: (Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. (including the age relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions). (b) For SC/ST candidates 18-41. Only candidates born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2006 (both dates included are eligible to apply). [Including age relaxation as per para 2(i) of the General Conditions.] (For details regarding the age relaxation please see Para 2 of the General Conditions except Para 2(i)).

i. A University Degree with at least a Second Class. Note:I 1. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes / Scheduled Castes minimum educational qualification will be a Degree. 2. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 3. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

Note: I The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification for each community mentioned above,will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the above vacancies earmarked for each community,but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 01.10.2024 for the post (Cat.No: 392/2021) Note: 2 This is the First NCA notification for the post owing to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above communities as per notification (Gazette date 30.09.2021 Cat No. 392/2021). Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communties other than those mentioned in this notification will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them. Examination: Recruitment from the above three categories will be made on the basis of a competitive test. A preliminary OMR Test will be conducted as the first stage followed by a final Descriptive Test. Note:- (a) A separate minimum of 30% for papers (I) &(II) and 35% for paper (III) is prescribed in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe. (b)The duration of each of the 3 papers will be 3 hours. (c) The date and venue of the tests will be notified later. (d) No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination for the post (NCA recruitment) for more than thrice. A declaration to the effect that the candidates had not appeared for the examination of NCA recruitment more than three times should be produced as and when called for by the commission. Appointment Probation and Training: A Person appointed to the cadre of Divisional Accountant shall from the date on which he joined duty undergo practical Training for a period of 12 months. On the successful completion of the Training he shall be on probation for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. During the period of training a trainee shall be given training allowances as fixed by Government from time to time.
