Method of appointment
(I) Category No.391/2021: Transfer appointment from Junior Superintendents of Public Works / Irrigation / Harbour Engineering Departments. (II) Category No.392/2021: Direct Recruitment. (III) Category No.393/2021: Transfer appointment from UD Clerks and other specified higher non-gazetted cadre posts in all departments.
Age Limit
18-36. Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). Usual relaxations to Other Backward Classes, SC/ST categories.
Qualifications
(I) Category No.391/2021: (1) Account Test (Higher) and (2) PWD Test or equivalent Departmental Test. (II) Category No.392/2021: A Degree in any University in Second Class. Note: Degree is sufficient for SC/ST candidates. (III) Category No.393/2021: (1) Passed Account Test (Higher). (2) Not less than 5 years service in State Government Service, out of which not less than one year should be in the category of UD Clerk/Assistant/Senior Accountant/Auditor or in an equivalent or higher Non-Gazetted cadre.
Notes
1. The Ranked List prepared pursuant to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. 2. Direct recruitment and transfer appointment will be made on the basis of an Initial Recruitment Examination for Divisional Accountant conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission. 3. In the absence of qualified candidates under method (I) or (III), vacancies will be filled through direct recruitment method (II). 4. Separate rank lists will be prepared for each category. Reservation rules apply only to direct recruitment. 5. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear for the Initial Recruitment Examination more than thrice.
