18-39: (Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for the post. (including the age relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note:- Members belonging to Scheduled Caste who had converted to Christianity after attaining adulthood and their children are eligible for age relaxation up to 41 years. Such candidates should be born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2006 (both dates included) (including the relaxation in para 2(i) of the General Conditions). For other conditions regarding the age relaxation please see Part II, Para 2 of the General Condition except Para 2(i).

A University Degree with at least a Second Class. Note:I 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders, or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

Recruitment of candidates will be made on the basis of a competitive test. The subjects and minimum marks required for a pass in the descriptive examination will be as follows: Sl. (b) The date and venue of the tests will be notified later. (c) No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination for the post (NCA recruitment) for more than thrice. A declaration to the effect that the candidates had not appeared for the examination of NCA recruitment more than three times should be produced as and when called for by the commission. Appointing Authority: The appointing authority to the post of Divisional Accountant shall be the Finance Secretary to Government. Probation and Training: A Person appointed to the cadre of Divisional Accountant shall from the date on which he joined duty undergo practical Training for a period of 12 months. On the successful completion of the Training he shall be on probation for a period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. During the period of training a trainee shall be given training allowances as fixed by Government from time to time.
