Direct Recruitment from among the permanent employees of member societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd.

18-50. Candidates must be born between 02/01/1971 and 01/01/2003 (both dates included).

1) Must be a permanent employee of a member society affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd. and must have not less than 3 years of regular service in any post in the society and should be continuing in service. 2) Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Business Management degree/Master of Personnel Management degree or any other equivalent qualification recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala. 3) Three years of work experience in Personnel Management in a reputed institution after acquiring the qualification.

1) The vacancies reported by the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd. will be filled in the ratio 1:1 from General Category (Part I) and Society Category (Part II). The first turn of vacancies is for the General Category. 2) The rank list prepared will be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current list will cease to exist. 3) Selection will be conducted at the state level. 4) As per KCS Rule 184, those appointed will be on probation for a period of one year within a continuous service of two years from the date of joining. 5) Reservation rules as per KS&SSR General Rules 14-17 will be applicable. 6) Experience certificate must be uploaded in the profile before submitting the application. 7) Candidates must produce a service certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) of the Co-operative Department at the time of application. 8) Candidates must submit confirmation for the exam through their profile. 9) Aadhaar card should be added as identity proof in the profile.
