Age Limit

18-40. Candidates should be born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/2003 (both dates included). Other backward communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation.

Qualifications

1) Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Business Management/Master of Personal Management degree or equivalent qualification recognized by any university in Kerala. 2) Three years of work experience in Personal Management in a reputed institution after acquiring the qualification.

Notes

1) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable to this selection. 2) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of certificate verification. 3) In case of difference in caste recorded in SSLC book, candidates should produce relevant caste certificate/non-creamy layer certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority at the time of verification. 4) Experience certificate must be uploaded in the profile before submitting the application. 5) Probation: As per KCS Rule 184, those appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of one year within a continuous service of two years from the date of joining service. 6) Selection will be conducted at the state level.
