District-wise Malappuram - 04 (Four)

Upper age limit is not applicable.

(I) Must have passed VHSE in Livestock Management. (II) Candidates who have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification are eligible to apply.

(i) Employees of the Animal Husbandry Department applying for the vacancies reserved for them must produce a Service Certificate in original and a self-attested copy obtained from the concerned authorities when required by the Commission. (ii) Selected candidates will be appointed provisionally and must undergo the Livestock Inspector Training Course / Livestock Assistant Training Course. The provisional appointment will be considered as regular service from the date of the first appointment upon successful completion of the training. Those who fail to complete the training course successfully are allowed three more chances. If they fail to complete the course successfully even in the fourth attempt, their provisional appointment will be cancelled and they will be removed from service. A new ranking will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the training. (iii) Selected trainees must execute an agreement in the prescribed form to serve the Kerala Government for at least five years. Trainees who leave during the training period or service period are liable to pay the compensation fixed by the Government. (iv) Each trainee must produce a certificate (original) obtained from a Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon in Government Service to prove physical fitness when required by the Commission. (v) A rank list will be prepared for Malappuram district. The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published for the same post in the same district after one year, the current list will cease to be in force. Vacancies reported while the list is in force will be filled from the list. (vi) Selection will be made on a district-wise basis as per GO (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Candidates selected for Malappuram district cannot be transferred to any other district for five years from the date of joining service. After five years, any transfer will be subject to the provisions of Government Order (P) 36/1991/GAD dated 02.12.1991 regarding inter-district transfers. Candidates already in Government service in any district are not eligible to apply under this notification. (i) Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. (ii) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection. (iii) All qualifications must be acquired before the last date of application. (iv) Apart from the qualifications mentioned in this notification, qualifications declared as equivalent by the Government through executive orders or standing orders will be accepted. Government orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications must be produced when required by the Commission.
