18-26. Candidates born between 02.01.1998 and 01.01.2006 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for this post. Note:- Maximum age limit shall be relaxed upto 29 years for candidates belonging to other backward communities and 31 years for SC/ST candidates. [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see para 2(i) of the General Conditions.] Other conditions regarding age relaxation in Para (2) of the General Conditions are not applicable to this selection.

(a) Educational Qualifications: Pass in Higher Secondary (Plus Two) Examination or its equivalent Note: i) In the case of SC and ST candidates who have failed in the Higher Secondary (Plus Two) examination shall also be considered if sufficient number of qualified candidates not available to fill up the Quota reserved for SC and ST. ii) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of the KS&SSR is applicable. (iii) In addition to the qualification specified in the Notification, the qualification declared by Government through executive orders or standing orders, as equivalent to the prescribed educational qualification and the higher qualifications of the notified and prescribed basic qualifications shall be accepted. The Government Order regarding the equivalent qualification/higher qualification shall be produced as and when called for by the Commission. b Physical qualifications Height: A minimum of 157 cm. Note: Minimum Height measurement shall be 150 cm for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities c Physique & Eye sight (i) Must be certified by a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/ Junior Consultant in Government service as to he Physique,fitness and capacity for active outdoor work. The Medical Certificate has to be produced as and when called for. (ii) Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses. Vision Right Eye Left Eye (a) Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen 6/6 Snellen (b) Near Vision 0.5 Snellen 0.5 Snellen (c) Each eye must have a full field of vision. Colour blindness, squint or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye will be deemed to be a disqualification. (iii) Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. (iv) Medical Certificate from a Medical Officer in government service not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/Junior Consultant should be produced at the time of Physical Efficiency Test and should be uploaded in their profile at the time of Certificate Verification. (d) Physical Efficiency Test Must qualify in any five events out of eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency, (One Star Standard Test). 1. 100 Metres Run: 17 Seconds 2. High Jump: 1.06 metres 3. Long Jump: 3.05 metres 4. Putting the Shot (4 kg): 4.88 metres 5. 200 Metres run: 36 seconds 6. Throwing the throw ball: 14 metres 7. Shuttle Race ( 25x 4 metres): 26 seconds 8. Skipping (one minute): 80 times

(i) Differently abled candidates and male candidates are not eligible to apply to response to this notification. (ii) The recruitment to the post of Woman Police Constable will only be to the Woman Police Battalion and the vacancies occurring in the district will be filled up by transferring the officers on the basis of Advice/Rank Seniority. (GO(Rt)No. 1484/2017/Home dated 05.06.2017). (iii) The name, educational qualification and age for this post notified as per G.O (MS) 203/86/Home dtd. 11.09.1986 (SRO No. 1387/86) and G.O (P) No. 139/2017/Home Dtd. 08.12.2017 (SRO No. 788/2017). (iv) The Ranked list published shall cease to be in force after one year from the date of finalization of the ranked list. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of currency of the ranked list. Note 1. The Physical measurement of candidates will be taken at the time of physical efficiency test and those who do not possess the prescribed physical measurement will not be admitted for the physical efficiency test. If accidents or injuries happen to a candidate while participating in the physical efficiency test, she will not be given further chance to participate in the test. 2. The tentative schedule of Physical Measurement and Physical Efficiency Test will be published on 2025 January 15.
