Anticipated vacancies

By Transfer (from among lower grade employees working in Kerala State Beverages(Manufacturing & Marketing) Corporation Limited)) in posts within the purview of the Commission.

Upper age limit is not applicable

1. SSLC or equivalent qualification (Candidates should be lower grade employees in the regular service of the Corporation holding posts, the recruitment of which fall within the purview of the Commission)

(i) 10% vacancies of LD Clerk will be reserved for by transfer appointment from Lower Grade Employees in regular service of Kerala State Beverages Corporation Ltd. (ii) The above vacancies are now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance of this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of One year and a maximum period of three years provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List after the minimum period of expiry of one year is published. Candidates will be advised against the vacancies shown above and for all the vacancies reported during the period of currency of the Ranked list. (iii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty , whichever is earlier. Note :- 1) Rule 10 (a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of the qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification. (a) The applicants should obtain a certificate from the Head of Office showing their Service particulars in the form given below and produce the same as and when required by the Commission. (b) 10% vacancies of LD Clerks will be reserved for transfer appointment from Lower Grade Employees in the service of the Corporation holding posts,the recruitment of which fall within the purview of the Commission and who possess a pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification. The PSC will conduct a test for such candidates along with the selective test conducted for direct recruitment and those secure 40% marks and above in this test will be included in a separate ranked list. They will be advised on merit according to the availability of vacancies without observing the rules of reservation and rotation against (9th,19th,29th,39th,49th,59th,69th,79th,89th,99th )the turns reserved for them. If sufficient number of candidates are not available to fill up the 10%quota, such vacancies will also be filled up by candidates included in the Ranked List prepared for direct recruitment. In case candidates included in this list (recruitment by transfer could not secure appointment before the expiry of the list, the names of such candidates will be included at the top of the Ranked List of low paid employees subsequently prepared by the Commission). (c) The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rules 14 to 17 of part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules are not applicable to appointment by transfer.
