Anticipated Vacancies

By Transfer recruitment from among Lower Grade Employees working in the Kerala State Beverages (Manufacturing & Marketing) Corporation Limited holding posts, the recruitment fall within the purview of the Commission.

Upper age limit is not applicable.

S.S.L.C or its equivalent. (Candidates should be lower grade employees in the regular service of the Corporation holding posts, the recruitment of which fall within the purview of the Commission)

1. 10% Vacancies of L.D. Clerk will be reserved for by transfer appointment from Lower Grade Employees in regular service of Kerala State Beverages Corporation Limited. 2. The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation, the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty, whichever is earlier. 3. The applicants should obtain a certificate from the Head of Office showing their service particulars in the form given below and produce the same as and when required by the commission. 4. Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 5. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the Notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to the qualification specified for the post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 6. 10% Vacancies will be reserved for transfer appointment from Lower Grade Employees in the regular service of the Corporation holding posts, the recruitment of which fall within the purview of the Commission and who possess a pass in SSLC or equivalent qualification. The Kerala Public Service Commission will conduct a test for such candidates along with the selective test conducted for direct recruitment and those who secure 40% be advised on merit according to the availability of vacancies without observing the rules of reservation and rotation against turns reserved for them. If sufficient number of candidates are not available to fill up the 10% quota, such vacancies will also be filled up by candidates included in the Ranked List prepared for direct recruitment. In case candidates included in this list (recruitment by transfer) could not secure appointment before the expiry of the list, the names of such candidates will be included at the top of the Ranked List of low paid employees subsequently prepared by the Commission. 7. The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rules 14 to 17 of part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules are not applicable to appointment by transfer.
