Direct Recruitment from eligible employees belonging to Ezhava / Thiyya / Billava, Schedules Caste, Muslim, LC/AI, Dheevara, and OBC communites of the Member Societies affiliated to The Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited.

18-50 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2007 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1. Must have three years regular service in any post in the Member Societies and its Primary Member Societies ,ie the Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Unions and Primary Anand Pattern Dairy Co-operative Societies of the Regional Unions (APCOS) affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd as on the date of application and appointment.(G.O.(P) No:13/2025/DD dated 13.06.2025). 2. Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. Note:Graduates will not be eligible for the post.

1) The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Ezhava / Thiyya / Billava,Schedules Caste,LC/AI,Dheevara,Muslim and OBC communites but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 18.12.2023 for the above post notified under category number 067/2021.This is the First NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above communities. 2) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis. 3) Probation:- As per the Rule 184 of KCS every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for a period of two year on duty within a continuous period of three years. Note:- Applications submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of societies affiliated to The Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited and belonging to community other than Ezhava / Thiyya / Billava,Schedules Caste,Muslim,LC/AI,Dheevara and OBC will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued. Note: 1) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 2) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 3) The requirement that the employees should be in service of the society on the date of appointment will not be applicable to those who were recruited through the PSC to a post in the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited reserved for the employees of the affiliated Member Societies, provided they are continuing in service in that post.
