Direct Recruitment from eligible employees of the Member Societies affiliated to The Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited belonging to SC community. Note:- Applications submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of societies affiliated to The Kerala State Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited and belonging to community other than SC will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

18-50 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.2007 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

1 Applicants having three (3) years of regular service in any post in member societies affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) as on the date of application and appointment. 2 Degree in Arts,Science or Commerce from a recognized University. 3 JDC/HDC In the absence of above qualification the candidates possessing the qualification in the mother notification as mentioned below also will be accepted to this post. 1 Applicants having three (3) years of regular service in any post in member societies affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union) as on the date of application and appointment. 2 Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce / Co-operation & Banking from a recognized University. 3 JDC/HDC/Basic Note:Those who have undergone Computer Course of not less than 3 months duration, the certificate issued by the Central or State Government Departments or Institutions under State or Central Government will be given preference.

1) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for SC community but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 03.10.2016 for the above post notified under category number 473/2012.This is the fifth NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above community in response to the first NCA (Gazette date : 31.10.2017, Category No. 435/2017), second NCA (Gazette date: 30.12.2019, Category No. 440 /2019), Third NCA (Gazette date: 30.10.2021, Category No. 497/2021),Fourth NCA (Gazette date: 15.07.2023, Category No. 155/2023) notifications. 2) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis. 3) Probation:- As per the Rule 184 of KCS every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for a period of two year on duty within a continuous period of three years. 4) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. 5) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/ higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission. 6) The requirement that the employees should be in service of the society on the date of appointment will not be applicable to those who were recruited through the PSC to a post in the Apex/Central Societies reserved for the employees of the affiliated Primary Co-operative/Member Societies, provided they are continuing in service in that post. 7) The eligible employees of Member Societies of affiliated to The Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced when required by the Commission. Applications that upload Service Certificate at the time of submission will only be considered.
