18-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. [Para regarding Age Relaxation in General Conditions are not applicable for this Selection]

A) Pass in Plus Two or its equivalent. B) Certificate in Computer Application or equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum three months course of study from an institute recognized by Central/ State Governments.

Note: (1) The above vacancy is now in existence. Candidates will be advised from the said Ranked list against the aforesaid vacancies and for all the vacancies reported to the Commission in writing during the period of the currency of the Ranked list. (2) Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining his/her duty whichever is earlier. Note:(a) 10% of the vacancies reported to the Kerala Public Service Commission for the post Junior Project Assistant will be reserved for eligible and qualified low paid employees in the Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited. A common competitive test will be conducted for this category along with the candidates for Direct Recruitment. Those who secure 40% marks in the competitive test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission will be included in a separate Ranked list. Candidates from this Ranked list will be advised against the 10% quota prescribed for them on merit basis. Note(b) In the absence of suitable candidates for By-transfer recruitment through Kerala Public Service Commission, the vacancies shall be filled up by advising candidates from the Ranked List published for Direct Recruitment. Such passed over vacancies will not be compensated later for recruitment By Transfer. Note:- The Rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rule 14 to 17 of Part-II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Rules, 1958 are not applicable. Note: (a) KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. (b) Candidates who claim equivalent qualifications instead of the qualification mentioned in the Notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. (c) As per Rule 22 of the KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against those candidates who submit application for the post with false claims of possession of prescribed qualification, experience etc., and give confirmation for examination, irrespective of whether they have appeared or not for the examination. Note:- Applicants should produce a Service Certificate in the form prescribed below from the Head of Office and the same shall be uploaded in their profile and the original shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. 8. Probation: Any person appointed to this post shall be on probation, from the date on which he/she joins duty, for a total period of Two years on duty within a continuous period of Three years. 9. Mode of Submitting applications: (A) Candidates shall register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' system on the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' for applying for the post. Candidates who have registered shall apply by logging on to their profile using their User- ID and password. Candidates shall click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification link for applying for a post. The photograph uploaded in the profile of the candidate who have already registered should be taken after 31.12.2012. Candidates who are creating profile from 01/01/2022 onwords must upload photograph which is taken within six months. Name of the candidate and date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User ID for further communication with the Commission. Applications once submitted will be received as provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference. Candidates can take the printout of the application by clicking on the link 'My applications' in their profile. All correspondences with the Commission, regarding the application should be accompanied with the print out of the application. Applications submitted not in accordance with the conditions of the notification will be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Original documents to prove qualification, experience, community, age etc., have to be produced as and when called for. (B) If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates possessing requisite qualification as per Para 7 above alone shall submit a Confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profiles. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days till the date of Test. The application of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period, will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the availability of admission tickets will be published in the examination calendar itself. Information in this regard will given to the candidates in their respective profiles and in the mobile phones registered in it. (C) Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as ID Proof in their profile. 12. The selection to the above concern will be subject to the rules and regulations made by the firm from time to time.
