18-50. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). [The paragraph regarding age relaxation in the General Conditions is not applicable to this selection]

A) Plus Two or equivalent. B) Certificate in Computer Application of not less than three months duration from an institution recognized by the Central/State Government or equivalent qualification. Note: (a) KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. (b) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. (c) Appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against candidates who provide false claims regarding educational qualification and fail to appear for the examination after giving confirmation.

1. The vacancies mentioned are currently existing. This list will also be used for further vacancies reported during the validity of the list. 2. If any recommendation for appointment is later found to be incorrect, the Kerala Public Service Commission has the power to cancel it. If the recommendation is cancelled, the appointing authority must terminate the service of the candidate. However, the cancellation of the recommendation and termination of service must be within the probation period or within 240 days of joining, whichever is earlier. 3. Note (a): 10% of the vacancies of Junior Project Assistant are reserved for eligible and qualified low-paid employees of Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation Ltd. A common competitive examination will be conducted for both direct recruitment and by-transfer. A separate rank list will be prepared for candidates who secure 40% marks in the examination conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission, and 10% of the total vacancies reported to the Commission will be filled from this rank list on a merit basis. 4. Note (b): In the absence of qualified candidates for by-transfer appointment, the vacancies will be filled from the rank list prepared for direct recruitment. Such filled vacancies will not be returned to the by-transfer quota later. 5. Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules 1958 - Part II, Rules 14 to 17 regarding reservation are not applicable to this selection. 6. Candidates applying for by-transfer appointment must upload the Service Certificate in the prescribed format from their Head of Office to their profile and produce the original when required by the Commission. 7. Probation: The person appointed to this post will be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining. 8. Candidates must provide Aadhaar card as identity proof in their profile. 9. The appointment to the above institution will be subject to the rules and regulations amended by them from time to time.
