Direct Recruitment. (Candidates belonging to Ezhava community only).

18-38. Only candidates born between 02/01/1975 and 01/01/1995 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post.

Diploma in Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and two years experience in the maintenance of A.C. Plant acquired from Government/ Quasi Government or registered Company. OR Certificate awarded by the ITI (18 months course) in the trade of Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and five years experience in the maintenance of A.C. Plants acquired from Government /Quasi Government or registered Company.

(i) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published by the Commission is pursuance to this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Ezhava community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published w.e.f. 27.12.2012. (Gazette dt: 10.09.2008, Cat. No. 322/08) (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. Note:-1. Applications submitted by the candidates other than the community mentioned in this notification will be rejected and individual rejection memo will not be sent to them 2. The provisional hands working in the above concern will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of five years from the upper age limit provided they are within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment. The provisional hands should obtain a certificate showing the period of their provisional service in the concern and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It would also be clearly specified in the certificate that they were not working in the regular service of the concern. (for other conditions regarding the age relaxations please see para 2 (xii) of the General conditions) Experience Certificate Notes: 1. The experience certificate should be obtained from an institution mentioned in the Para 19 of the general conditions of the Gazette notification. 2. Experience Certificate suould be countersigned by the Higher Officer/Controlling Officer concerned of the Government department. 3. The genuineness of the Experience Certificate shall be examined and action shall be taken against those who issue Bogus Certificate and the candidates who produce Bogus Certificate. 4. Experience should be acquired after obtaining the basic qualification and prior to the last date fixed for receipt of applications for the post. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of the password. Applications once submitted will be received as provisional and particulars shall not be deleted or altered after submission. Applications will be summarily rejected if non compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove Qualification, Experience, Community, Age, etc. have to be produced as and when called for. 11.
