23-39. Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2000 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the Part II of General Conditions). [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see Para (2) of the General Conditions under part II of this notification (except para 2(i))].

(a) SSLC or its equivalent examination recognized by Government of India or Government of Kerala. Note: ( i) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. (ii) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification shall produce the relevant Government order to prove the claim at the time of One Time Verification or as required by the Commission. (b) All candidates must have a valid Motor Driving License endorsed for all types of transport vehicles (LMV, HGMV & HPMV) and experience for not less than 3 years in driving motor vehicles. Note: (i) The driving license, must remain valid through all the stages of selection process as on the last date for receipt of application, OMR Test, Practical Test, Physical Efficiency Test etc. (ii) Experience Certificate to prove 3 years experience as Driver should be submitted in the form shown below. (iii) Proficiency in driving will be tested by a Practical Test conducted by PSC (c) Physical fitness. Height – Minimum of 168 cms. Chest (Normal) – Minimum of 81 cms and must have an expansion of Minimum 5 cms. (d) All candidates must qualify in any of the Five events out of the Eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency one star standard test. Sl. Note: Women candidates and Differently Abled candidates are not eligible to apply for the post (i) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued. (ii) The above vacancies are now in existence. Ranked lists will be prepared for the community in pursuance of this notification. The Ranked List published as per this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post as per Rank List number Rank List No. 225/2021/DOQ dtd. 08.06.2021 & 231/2021/DOP dtd. 08.06.2021 (Cat. No. 120/2017) (iii) The name, age limit and qualifications of this post has been prescribed as per the G.O(P)No. 60/2010/F & WLD dated 30.08.2010 (SRO No. 861/2010), G.O(P)No. 84/2014/F & WLD dated 20.09.2014 (SRO No.574/2014)and G.O(P)No. 2/2016/F & WLD dated 17.02.2016 (SRO No. 199/2016). (iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a revenue district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (Ms) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless she completes 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O(Ms) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified. 8. Forest Driver appointed by direct recruitment shall undergo training for not more than three months in any of the Forest Training School as prescribed Principal Chief Conservator of Forest. Forest Driver who does not complete successfully the training course as prescribed will be terminated and will be discharged from service. 9. Mode of submitting applications: Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. 11. If Written Test/OMR Test/Online Test is conducted as a part of this selection candidate shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. 12. Special Instructions to Candidates: (i) Candidates who having applied with actual caste when the caste entry is differed in the SSLC book such changes are to be published in the gazette notification and the same along with the Original Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue authorities, should be produced to prove their claim in application, at the time of verification. (ii) Before applying for the post, candidates shall acquaint themselves with General Conditions given in Part II of the Gazette Notification. Applications submitted contradictory to the General Conditions will be rejected. (iii) Invoking Rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure, candidates who submit application with false claims such as education, experience etc., shall be liable for disqualification for being considered for the particular post or debarment from applying to Kerala Public Service Commission either permanently or for a fixed period or invalidation of their products made in the practical test or invalidation of their answer scripts in a written examination or initiation of legal proceedings against them or their removal or dismissal from office or the ordering of any other disciplinary/legal action against them if they have already been appointed, or any one or more of the above.
