23-41, Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the Part II of General Conditions). [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see Para (2) of the General Conditions under part II of this notification (except para 2(i))].

(a) SSLC or its equivalent examination recognized by Government of India or Government of Kerala. Note: (i) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. (ii) In addition to the qualification specified in the Notification, the qualification declared by Government through executive orders or standing orders, as equivalent to the prescribed educational qualification and the higher qualifications of the notified and prescribed basic qualifications shall be accepted. The Government Order regarding the equivalent qualification/higher qualification shall be produced as and when called for by the Commission. (b) All candidates must have a valid Motor Driving License endorsed for all types of transport vehicles and experience of not less than 3 years in driving motor vehicles. Note: (i) The driving license, must remain valid through all the stages of selection process as on the last date for receipt of application, OMR Test, Physical Efficiency Test , Practical Test etc. (ii) Proficiency in driving will be tested by a Practical Test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission. (iii) Experience Certificate to prove 3 years experience as Driver should be submitted in the form shown below.

(i) Women candidates and Differently Abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. (ii) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the community other than notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued. (iii) Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post but they can apply to higher posts when notified. (iv) The name, age limit and qualifications of this post has been prescribed as per the G.O(P)No. 60/2010/F & WLD dated 30.08.2010 (SRO No. 861/2010), G.O(Ms)No.77/2012/F & WLD dated 16.07.2012 , G.O(P)No. 84/2014/F & WLD dated 20.09.2014 (SRO No.574/2014) and G.O(P)No. 2/2016/F & WLD dated 17.02.2016 (SRO No. 199/2016). (v) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a revenue district basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (Ms) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he completes 5 years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O(Ms) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. (vi) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Mother Ranked List published for the post for the Pathanamthitta district as per Rank List number 358/2025/DOH dtd. 02.05.2025 (Cat. No. 111/2022).
