ST-03 (Three)

Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community working as Part-time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Packer, Dispatcher, Gardener in the Kerala State Financial Enterprises Limited). Must have at least three years of service in the said institution as of the date of application.

18–50, candidates must be born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). No other age relaxation is applicable.

(1) Passed 6th Standard (New) or equivalent. (2) Not less than 3 years of service in the aforementioned institution as of the date of application.

1. The vacancies are currently existing. The rank list prepared pursuant to this notification will be valid until the vacancies reserved for the aforementioned community are filled or for 3 years from the date of the rank list, whichever is earlier. This is the fourth NCA notification as candidates from the previous notifications (Category No. 383/2017, 367/2019, 34/2021, 681/2021) were not available. 2. If any recommendation for appointment is later found to be incorrect, the Kerala Public Service Commission has the power to cancel it. If the recommendation is cancelled, the appointing authority must terminate the service. However, the termination must occur before the completion of the probation period or 240 days of service, whichever is earlier. 3. In the absence of qualified candidates from the Scheduled Tribe category, candidates from the Scheduled Caste category will be considered. Applications from candidates not belonging to these categories will be rejected without notice. 4. K.S. & S.S.R. Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 5. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce a government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 6. If a candidate claims a different caste/community than recorded in their SSLC book, a Gazette notification regarding the change must be produced at the time of verification. 7. Candidates who make false claims regarding education, experience, etc., and fail to appear for the exam after providing confirmation, will face disciplinary action as per KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976, Rule 22. 8. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31.12.2012. For new profiles, the photo must be taken within the last 6 months. The photo is valid for 10 years from the date of upload. 9. Candidates must keep a soft copy/printout of the application for future use. 10. If an OMR/Online exam is conducted, candidates must provide confirmation through their profile. Only those who provide confirmation will be issued an admission ticket. 11. Candidates with an Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile.
