Method of appointment
Direct Recruitment (from qualified Part Time Employees viz., Part Time Sweeper-cum-Scavenger, Packer, Despatcher, Gardener of Kerala State Financial Enterprises Limited belonging to Hindu Nadar, Muslim, O.B.C., Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, SCCC, L.C./A.I., S.T. communities only. Candidates must have regular service of not less than 3 years in the said institution as on the last date of receipt of application.)
Age Limit
18-50. Candidates born between 02.01.1973 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible. Other conditions regarding age relaxation are not applicable.
Qualifications
(1) Pass in Standard VI (New) or its equivalent. (2) Regular service for not less than 3 years in the above said institution as on the date of application. [Reference No. 4333 dated 23/03/1992 of KSFE Recruitment Rules amended.]
Notes
(1) Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. (2) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of the Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in consultation with the Commission, or such qualifications as the Commission has treated as equivalent to a qualification prescribed for the post, even if the prescribed qualification is a higher qualification, will be accepted. The Government Orders regarding equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced when called for by the Commission. (3) Probation: Every person appointed to the post shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a period of one year. (4) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than Hindu Nadar, Muslim, O.B.C., Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, SCCC, L.C./A.I., S.T. will be summarily rejected. No individual rejection memo will be issued to such candidates. (5) 33 1/3 % of vacancies for direct recruitment are reserved for the Part Time Employees of KSFE.
