Age Limit
18-36; Only candidates born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. The provisional hands working in any one of the above Companies/ Corporations/Boards will be given age relaxation to the extent of their provisional service put in subject to a maximum of Five years from the upper age limit provided they were within the prescribed age limit on the date of their first appointment in the above concern. But the regular employees of the concern are not eligible for the above concession for further appointment. The provisional hands should obtain certificate showing the period of their provisional service in the concern and shall produce the same as and when required by the Commission. It should also be clearly specified in the certificate that they were not working in the regular service of the concern. The overaged candidates who become eligible to be included in the Ranked List on the basis of their provisional service in any one of the above Companies/ Corporations/ Boards will be considered only in the vacancies reported by the same Company/ Corporation/ Board in which they have worked provisionally. Qualifications
Must possess B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. Degree of a recognized University or its equivalent.
Notes
1. The Ranked list of eligible candidates published by the Commission in pursuance of this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years from the date of publication of the Ranked List provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum period of expiry of one year from the date of publication of this Ranked List. Candidates will be advised for recruitment against the vacancies reported for the posts/similar posts during the period of currency of the Ranked list having the scale of pay as prescribed by the above Company/ Corporation/ Board from this Ranked List in accordance with the rules of reservation and rotation followed by the Commission. Candidates shall not have the right to choose a particular Company/ Corporation/ Board or scale of pay.
2. The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advise was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier.
3. As per G.O.(P).No.05/2023/SJD Dated 01.10.2023, 4% of the vacancies are reserved for Differently Abled candidates. As per the above Government order, differently abled candidates identified for 4% reservation for the post with benchmark disability should produce Disability Certificate, Physical & Functionality Certificate as stipulated in the said Government Order before the Kerala Public Service Commission as and when called for.
4. Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable.
5. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualification is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced before the Commission as and when called for.
6. In the case of difference in original caste/community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidate shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification.
7. Appropriate disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of procedure 1976, will be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification and submit confirmation for writing examination irrespective of whether they are present or absent for the examination.
8. Advice on recruitment will also be made from the Ranked List published in pursuance of this notification against the vacancies reported for the posts with similar qualifications and scale of pay from the various government owned companies /corporations/boards/local institutions/public sector undertakings not specified in this notification including the posts for which special rules for recruitment will be framed in due course.
9. Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION ' with the Official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission 'www.keralapsc.gov.in' before applying for the post.
10. If a written/OMR/On-line Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profiles.
11. Candidates who have Aadhaar Card should add Aadhaar Card as ID proof in their profile.
12. Sub Paras v,viii,ix,x,xi,xiii and xiv of Para 2 and Para 6 of the general conditions are not applicable to this post.
13. The selection to the above concerns will be subject to the rules and regulations made by them from time to time.
