OR Tailoring Group Certificate of KGTE (Higher) or MGTE (Higher). OR Group Diploma in Craft conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. OR National Trade Certificate in Cutting and Tailoring issued by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (G.O.(P) No. 106/82/Gen.Edn. dated 29.07.1982). OR Diploma in Craftsmanship (Tailoring and Garment Making) issued by the Director of Technical Education, Kerala (G.O.(P) No. 157/89/Gen.Edn. dated 24.08.1989). OR Diploma in Craftsmanship (Tailoring and Embroidery) issued by the Director of Technical Education, Kerala (G.O.(P) No. 157/89/Gen.Edn. dated 24.08.1989). OR National Trade Certificate in Dress Making issued by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades (G.O.(P) No. 501/97/Gen.Edn. dated 18.12.1997). OR B.Sc (B.F.T) Degree in Fashion Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University (G.O.(Rt) No. 40/2018/Gen.Edn. dated 12.04.2018). OR B.Sc F.A.T.D Degree in Fashion and Apparel Design Technology from Kannur University (G.O.(Rt) No. 40/2018/Gen.Edn. dated 12.04.2018). OR B.Sc Degree in Costume and Fashion Designing from Calicut University (G.O.(Rt) No. 40/2018/Gen.Edn. dated 12.04.2018). OR Diploma in Fashion Designing issued by the Kerala Institute of Labour and Employment (G.O.(Rt) No. 74/2018/Gen.Edn. dated 29.05.2018). OR Diploma in Fashion Designing issued by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (G.O.(Rt) No. 114/2019/Gen.Edn. dated 06.08.2019). 3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.

Candidates must apply online through www.keralapsc.gov.in. Applications submitted in any other manner will be summarily rejected. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31.12.2013. The name of the candidate and the date of taking the photo should be printed at the bottom of the photo. The photo will be valid for 10 years. No application fee is required. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application. Candidates must produce the print out of the application during the selection process. Candidates must produce the original documents to prove qualification, experience, age, community, etc., when required by the Commission. Aadhaar card should be provided as an identity document in the profile.
