Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya and Scheduled Caste communities only).

18-50. Candidates must be born between 02/01/1973 and 01/01/2005 (both dates included).

1. Must be a regular employee of a member society affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd and have not less than 3 (three) years of regular service in any post and must have the prescribed qualifications. Candidates must be a permanent employee continuing in the service of the member society at the time of application and at the time of appointment. 2. (a) Degree in Commerce or Degree from a recognized University with Co-operation as a special subject. OR (b) (i) B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Degree (3 years) from a recognized University and (ii) HDC or equivalent qualification (HDC of Kerala State Co-operative Union or HDC and Equivalent or HDC or HDCM of National Council for Cooperative Training or Junior Personal Co-operative Training Course (JDC) completed). OR (c) B.Sc. (Co-operation and Banking) Degree from Kerala Agricultural University. 3. Computer Application/Data Entry Operation Certificate from a Government or Government recognized institution.

1. The vacancies are currently reserved for Ezhava/Billava/Thiyya and SC communities. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and advised against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates in the Ranked List of Category No. 70/2021 (Society Category) published on 23.03.2023. 2. Selection is state-wide. 3. Probation: As per KCS Act 184, the person appointed will be on probation for a period of one year within a continuous service of two years from the date of joining. 4. Applications from candidates who are not regular employees of member societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Coir Marketing Federation Ltd or who do not belong to the specified communities will be rejected. 5. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 6. Candidates must obtain a Service Certificate from the Project Officer (Coir) of the Coir Development Department to prove their eligibility and upload it to their profile. The certificate must contain specific details as per the format provided in the notification. 7. Candidates must submit applications online via the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 8. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the application for future use. 9. Candidates must confirm their participation in the written/OMR/online test through their profile. 10. Aadhaar card must be provided as identity proof in the profile.
