Direct Recruitment (From Scheduled Caste converts to Christianity (SCCC) only).

1. Indian Systems of Medicine / Insurance Medical Services: 18-39; Candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). [Relaxation as per general conditions]. Candidates converted to Christianity from Scheduled Caste after attaining majority and their children are eligible for upper age relaxation up to 41 years. Such candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). 2. Ayurveda Colleges: 19-39; Candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). [Relaxation as per general conditions]. Candidates converted to Christianity from Scheduled Caste after attaining majority and their children are eligible for upper age relaxation up to 41 years. Such candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included).

1. Indian Systems of Medicine / Ayurveda Colleges: i) Must have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification. ii) Kerala Government recognized Ayurveda Pharmacist Course Certificate / Diploma. 2. Insurance Medical Services: Government recognized Ayurveda Pharmacist Course Certificate.

(i) The vacancy is currently existing. A separate rank list will be prepared for the above-mentioned community in the above-mentioned districts. The rank list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above-mentioned community, or for three years from the date of publication of the NCA rank list, whichever is earlier. (ii) Candidates belonging to the above-mentioned reservation community must apply to the district for which the vacancy is noted and must record the name of the district in the specified column of the application. (iii) This is the second NCA notification as no qualified candidates were available for the first NCA notification (Category No. 379/2019). (iv) In case of any discrepancy in caste/community recorded in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste/community in the application and produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue Authorities and the original Gazette notification regarding the change of caste/community at the time of verification. (v) Selection will be made as per the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971 on a district-wise basis. Candidates appointed from the district-wise rank list cannot be transferred to another district for five years from the date of commencement of service. After five years, if a transfer is allowed, it will be subject to the conditions in Government Order (MS) 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already working in the same post in the same department in any district are not eligible to apply as per this notification, but they can apply for a higher post. (vi) Applications from candidates not belonging to the above-mentioned reservation community will be rejected without notice. No rejection memo will be sent to such candidates. (vii) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. (viii) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order proving the equivalency at the time of OTR verification. (ix) Candidates must submit their application through the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.gov.in) after One Time Registration. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2011 with their name and date of photo taken clearly recorded at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years. No application fee. Candidates must keep their User ID and password confidential. Candidates must take a printout of the online application for future use. Original documents proving educational qualification, experience, caste, age, etc., must be produced when required by the Commission. (x) If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must confirm their participation through their OTR profile. Only those who confirm will be able to download the admission ticket in the last 15 days before the exam date. Applications of those who do not confirm will be rejected. Details regarding the confirmation and admission ticket will be published in the exam calendar. (xi) Candidates who provide false information regarding education, experience, etc., and then fail to appear for the exam after confirming will face disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976. (xii) Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile.
