District - wise Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) Idukki - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community of Kerala State Only). Note: Applications of candidates belonging to the community other than Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

18-39, ie, candidates born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) In the case of candidates belonging to a members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 41 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included)(Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this notification (except para 2(i).

i) S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification. ii) Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognised by the Government of Kerala. Note :- 1 KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. 2 In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

(i) The above vacancy is now in existence. A Ranked list will be prepared for the above District in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Mother Ranked Lists published as mentioned below for the post in the district whichever is earlier. (ii) The candidates belonging to above mentioned reservation communities shall submit application for the post to the above district and shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. (iii) This is the Sixth NCA notification issued due to the paucity of qualified candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community after the issuance of 1st NCA notification vide Category No.188/2018 Gazette dated 24.09.2018 , 2nd NCA notification vide Category No.377/2019 Gazette dated 11.12.2019 , 3rd NCA notification vide Category No.041/2021 Extra Ordinary Gazette dated 15.03.2021 , 4th NCA notification vide Category No.287/2022 Gazette dated 30.07.2022 and 5th NCA notification vide Category No.320/2023 Gazette dated 29.09.2023 in Idukki district. (iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G O (P) No.36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher /lower posts when notified.
