Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe (ST) community of Kerala State only) Note :- Applications of candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to those candidates.

18-45 ie, Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe, candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2 (i) of General Conditions). Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification [except para 2(i)]

(1) S.S.L.C or its equivalent. (2) Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognized by the Government of Kerala Note: (i) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable for selection to this post. (ii) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

(i) The Second NCA notification is issued due to paucity of qualified candidates belonging to ST community after the issuance of First NCA notification vide Category Number 57/24. (ii) The above vacancy is now in existence. Ranked list will be prepared for the above District in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the mother Ranked List (Category No.531/2019) published for the post as shown below in the above District. (iii) The candidates belonging to above mentioned reservation community shall submit application for the post to the above district and shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. (iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (MS) No.4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service holding this post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. (v) In the case of candidates applying for district wise selections in Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod districts working arrangement, deputation, transfer and mutual transfer will not be allowed for at least ten years, if they are appointed from the ranked lists of those districts. Their promotion will also be limited to those districts (subject to the condition that post/vacancy exist in the district along with the willingness) (G.O(Ms) No. 6/2026/P&ARD dated 22.01.2026). (vi) Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. (vii) Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as Identity Proof in their profile. (viii) If Written Test/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. (ix) Special Instructions to Candidates regarding document verification, bogus claims, and disciplinary actions are applicable as per PSC rules.
