District-wise: Kollam - 01 (One) (Muslim)

Direct Recruitment (From Muslim community in Kerala State only). Note: Applications submitted by candidates not belonging to the mentioned reservation community will be rejected without notice.

1. For Indian Systems of Medicine / Insurance Medical Services: 18-39; Candidates must be born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). [Including relaxation as per General Conditions 2(I)] 2. For Ayurveda Colleges: 19-39; Candidates must be born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2002 (both dates included). [Including relaxation as per General Conditions 2(I)] Note: The upper age limit shall not exceed 50 years.

1. For Indian Systems of Medicine / Ayurveda Colleges: i) Must have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification. ii) Must possess a Kerala Government recognized Ayurveda Pharmacist Course Certificate / Diploma. 2. For Insurance Medical Services: Must possess a Government recognized Ayurveda Pharmacist Course Certificate. Note: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection.

i) The vacancy is currently existing. A separate rank list will be prepared for Kollam district. The rank list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, or for three years from the date of publication of the NCA rank list, whichever is earlier. ii) Candidates belonging to the mentioned reservation community must apply for the district where the vacancy is reported and specify the district name in the application. iii) In case of discrepancy in caste/community entries in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste/community in the application and produce a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from revenue authorities and the original Gazette notification regarding the change at the time of verification. iv) Selection is on a district-wise basis as per GO (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Inter-district transfer is not allowed for five years from the date of joining. Any transfer after five years will be subject to the conditions in Government Order (MS) 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already working in the same post in the same department in any district are not eligible to apply. - Candidates must provide confirmation for OMR/Online exams through their OTR profile. Admission tickets will be available 15 days before the exam date. - Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2011 with their name and date of photo clearly marked at the bottom. The photo is valid for 10 years. - No application fee is required. - Candidates must keep a soft copy/printout of the application. - Aadhaar card must be provided as an identity document in the profile.
