18 – 36. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). SC/ST/OBC candidates are eligible for usual age relaxation. Note: Relaxation in upper age limit up to 50 years is allowed for those working temporarily in the establishment. Regular employees of the establishment are not eligible for this benefit. Provisional employees must obtain and keep a certificate showing the length of service and produce it when required by the Commission. The certificate should specifically state that they were not in regular service.

1) Degree in Civil Engineering from a UGC recognized University or from an institution established by the Government of India / Government of Kerala, or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 2) Three years of similar work experience in Government / Quasi-Government / Public Sector / Registered Private Sector establishments. Note: 1) KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) ii is applicable. 2) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government order proving the equivalency at the time of verification. 3) In case of difference in caste mentioned in SSLC book, candidates should claim the correct caste in the application and produce Caste Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority and relevant Gazette notification at the time of verification.

i) The Ranked list prepared pursuant to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new ranked list is published after one year, the current list will cease to be in force. Vacancies reported during the validity of the list will be filled from this list. ii) Any recommendation for appointment found to be false will lead to cancellation of the appointment by the Kerala Public Service Commission. The appointing authority shall terminate the service of such candidate. However, such cancellation and termination shall be done within the probation period or within 240 days of joining duty, whichever is earlier. iii) Differently abled candidates are not eligible for this post. - Candidates must register via One Time Registration on the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. - Candidates must confirm their participation in the exam via their profile before the exam date. - Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976 will be taken against candidates who make false claims regarding qualifications/experience or who confirm for the exam but do not attend.
