22-40. Candidates must be born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/1999 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and other backward communities.
Qualifications
1. M.Com Degree in Advanced Accounting from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Government of India or from an Institute established by the Government of Kerala, and HDC/JDC or equivalent qualification. OR 2. B.Com Degree with Co-operation from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Government of India or from an Institute established by the Government of Kerala, and CA/ICWAI Intermediate pass. OR 3. B.Com Degree from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Government of India or from an Institute established by the Government of Kerala, and HDC/JDC or equivalent qualification, and CA/ICWAI Intermediate pass.
Notes
i) The vacancy is for the General Category. Future vacancies will be divided in 1:1 ratio between General and Society categories. The first turn belongs to the General category. ii) The rank list will be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. iii) Selection is state-wide. iv) As per KCS Rule 184, appointees will be on probation for two years within a continuous service of three years. v) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable. vi) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce Government Order/Certificate proving the equivalency at the time of certificate verification. vii) In case of discrepancy in caste records in SSLC book, candidates must produce caste certificate/non-creamy layer certificate from the concerned Revenue Authority and relevant Gazette notification at the time of verification.
