Direct Recruitment from Scheduled Caste, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian communities

SC - 21 – 45 years (Only candidates born between 02/01/1979 and 01/01/2003), LC/AI – 21 – 43 years (Only candidates born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/2003), (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post (Including relaxation under para 2 (i) of Part II of General conditions. Note:- For concession allowed in upper age limit subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years.Relaxation of age will be allowed to all provisional employees of the twenty nine Co-operative institutions mentioned in G. O. (P) No. 41/98 dated 09.03.1998 (whether they continue in service or relieved from service) who have been appointed through the Employment Exchange to the extent of their provisional service provided they possess a minimum service of one year in the provisional appointment. The maximum period of relaxation allowed to such persons will be five years. Once they get appointment on regular basis, the concession will not be available for further appointment to any other post. The candidates who are entitled to the above concession shall note the details there of in the respective column of the application and submit certificate (original) obtained from the Head of Office or Head of Department or Appointing Authority of the Co-operative Institutions concerned, when the Commission calls for.

1.Degree in any discipline from a UGC recognized University or National Institutes established by Govt. of India or Institutes established by Govt. of Kerala with HDC/JDC or equivalent OR B.com. Degree with Co-operation from a UGC recognized University or National Institutes established by Govt. of India or Institutes established by Govt. of Kerala. OR B.sc. (Co-operation and Banking) Degree of the Kerala Agricultural University. 2.Two years experience in Marketing in State/ Central Government Service/ Public Sector Undertakings or registered Private Sector Undertakings / Co-operative Institutions.

1)The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to the above mentioned Communities but remains unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published on 26.07.2024 for the above post notified under Category No. 363/2021. This is the first NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above community. 2)The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a statewide basis. 5. Probation : Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for continuous period one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Conditions of the institution are also applicable. Note: Application submitted by candidates who belong to communities other than Scheduled Caste, Latin Catholic/Anglo Indian will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection will not be issued to such candidates. (1)Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. (2)In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. (3)Candidates must upload experience certificate at the time of submission of application itself. Otherwise the application will be rejected. The certificate to prove experience shall be in the format given below. (1) Specify the post held or nature of assignment ie. Casual Labourer, Paid/Unpaid Apprentice,Regular worker or Temporary worker. (2) All Experience certificates should be duly certified by the concerned Controlling Officer/ Head of Office of the Government. The genuineness of the Certificate shall be subjected to verification and legal action will be taken against who issue and produce bogus certificate. 11. Para 2 and 5 of the General Conditions regarding recruitment by KPSC are not applicable to this post.
