Anticipated Vacancies

Direct Recruitment from among the employees of the member societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Ltd.

22-50. Candidates born between 02.01.1971 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.

1) Must have 3 years of regular service in any post in the member societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Ltd. and should be continuing in service in the member society at the time of application and appointment. 2) M.Com Degree with Advanced Accountancy from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Government of India or from an Institute established by the Government of Kerala, with HDC/JDC or equivalent qualification. OR B.Com Degree with Co-operation from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Government of India or from an Institute established by the Government of Kerala, with CA/ICWAI Intermediate pass. OR B.Com Degree from a University recognized by UGC or from a National Institute established by the Government of India or from an Institute established by the Government of Kerala, with HDC/JDC or equivalent qualification, with CA/ICWAI Intermediate pass.

i) Vacancies reported from the Kerala State Co-operative Marketing Federation Ltd. will be divided in the ratio 1:1 between General Category (Part I) and Society Category (Part II). The first turn will go to the General Category. If there is a shortage of candidates in the rank list prepared for employees of member societies, those vacancies will be filled from the open market rank list. Such vacancies will not be returned to the society category later. Reservation rules 14-17 of KS&SSR 1958 will be followed for appointments from both lists. ii) The rank list prepared as per this notification will be valid for a minimum period of one year and a maximum of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current list will cease to be valid. Appointments will be made from this list for additional vacancies reported while the list is in force. iii) Selection will be on a state-wide basis. iv) As per KCS Rule 184, the person appointed to this post will be on probation for a period of two years within a continuous service of three years from the date of joining. 1) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II, KS&SSR is applicable to this selection. 2) Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the Government Order/Certificate of equivalency at the time of certificate verification. 3) In case of any difference in caste/community recorded in the SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste in the application and produce the relevant caste certificate/non-creamy layer certificate and gazette notification at the time of verification. 4) Reservation for employees of primary co-operative/member societies affiliated to Apex/Central societies is applicable. The candidate must be in service in the affiliated primary co-operative/member society at the time of appointment. 5) Candidates must upload a service certificate in the prescribed format obtained from the Assistant Registrar (General) of the Co-operative Department. The original must be kept and produced when required by the Commission. Applications submitted without uploading the service certificate will be rejected.
