District-wise Scheduled Caste Converts to Christianity (SCCC) Kottayam - 01 (One) Idukki - 01 (One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converts to Christianity (SCCC) community of Kerala State only).

18-39; Candidates should be born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). For those converted to Christianity from Scheduled Castes after attaining adulthood and their children, the upper age limit is 41 years (born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004, both dates included).

i) Must have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification. ii) Must possess a Certificate/Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacist Course recognized by the Government of Kerala.

1. The vacancies are currently existing. Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for Kottayam and Idukki districts. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community that remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates, or for a period of three years from the date of effect of the NCA Ranked List, whichever is earlier. 2. Candidates belonging to the above reservation community should apply to only one district and specify the district name in the application. If a candidate applies to more than one district, the application will be rejected and disciplinary action will be taken. 3. This is the fourth NCA notification following Cat. No. 188/2018, 377/2019, and 41/2021, as no qualified candidates were available. 4. In case of discrepancy in caste/community in SSLC book, candidates must claim the correct caste/community in the application and produce the original Non-Creamy Layer Certificate and Gazette notification regarding the change at the time of verification. 5. Selection is district-wise as per GO (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. Transfer to another district is not allowed for five years. After five years, transfer is subject to GO (MS) 4/61/PD dated 02.01.1961. 6. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 7. Equivalency of qualifications must be proven by Government order at the time of OTR verification. 8. Applications must be submitted online via www.keralapsc.gov.in. Photo must be taken after 31/12/2012 with name and date clearly marked. Photo is valid for 10 years. No application fee. 9. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the application. Print out must be produced for correspondence with the Commission. 10. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must confirm their participation through their OTR profile to get the admission ticket. Failure to confirm will lead to rejection of application. 11. Candidates providing false information regarding qualifications, experience, caste, age, etc., will face disciplinary action under Rule 22, KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976. 12. Candidates with Aadhaar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile.
