Direct Recruitment (From among employees working in the category of Part Time Sweeper cum Scavenger, Packer, Despatcher, Gardener in the KSFE Limited having not less than 3 years of service and belonging to Hindu Nadar, OBC, Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity, Latin Catholics/Anglo Indian and Scheduled Tribe community only)

18-50 (born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.2006) (both dates included). (Other conditions regarding the age relaxation are not applicable).

1. Pass in Standard VI (New) or equivalent. 2. Not less than 3 years service in the company as on the date of application. [KSFE recruitment rules amendment with ref: no.4333 dated 23/03/1992.]

1) The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities but remains unfilled due to the paucity of candidates belonging to Hindu Nadar, OBC, Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity, Latin Catholics/Anglo Indian and Scheduled Tribe community during the currency of the mother Ranked List published on 04.05.2022 (Category No. 276/2020) for the post. 2) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate,provided that,the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. 3) Application submitted by candidates other than from Hindu Nadar, OBC, Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava, Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity, Latin Catholics/Anglo Indian and Scheduled Tribe community will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates. 4) 33 ⅓ % of vacancies by direct recruitment is reserved for Part-Time Sweeper cum Scavenger, Gardener, Packer, Despatcher in the KSFE Ltd. 5) The first vacancy will be filled up by Part-Time Sweeper cum Scavenger,Packer, Despatcher, Gardener and the next two vacancies by open market candidates. 6) If no qualified hands are available from among Part-Time Sweeper cum Scavenger,Packer, Despatcher, Gardener for appointment, these vacancies will also be filled up by open market candidates. 7) Rules of reservation will be followed for recruitment to the post viz. from Part-Time employees of the company. 8) Rule 10(a) ii of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 9) Probation: Any person appointed to this post shall be on probation for a period of one year from the date of his joining duty.
