Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Viswakarma communities of Kerala State only) Note :- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this Notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

18-39, ie, Candidates belonging to Viswakarma born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) 18-41, ie, Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2 (i) of General Conditions). Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification [except para 2(i)]

(i) S.S.L.C. or equivalent qualification. (ii) Certificate in Ayurveda Nurses Course recognized by the Government of Kerala.

(i) The above vacancies are now in existence. Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for above Districts in pursuance of this notification. Ranked Lists thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above communities, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Mother Ranked List published for the post as shown below in the above Districts. (ii) The candidates belonging to above reservation communities shall submit application for the post, shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. (iii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in GO (MS) No.154/71/PD dated 27/05/1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another District unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former District. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O. (P) No.36/91/P&ARD dated 02.12.1991. Candidates already in Government service holding the same post in any one District are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. (iv) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of KS&SSR Part II is applicable for selection to the post. (v) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission. (vi) Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. (vii) Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as Identity Proof in their profile. (viii) If written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their 'One Time Registration' profile. (ix) Special Instructions to candidates regarding bogus claims and disciplinary actions are applicable as per Rule 22 of Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure 1976.
