District-wise Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) Palakkad 01(One)

Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community of Kerala State Only). Note: Application submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those included in this notification will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.

18-43; ie, candidates born between 02.01.1983 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are only eligible to apply for this post. In the case of candidates belonging to Adult members of Scheduled Caste and their children when such adult members are converted to Christianity the upper age limit will be 45 years, ie, such candidates should be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) (Including the relaxation as per Para 2(i) of the General Conditions) Note :- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (fifty) years, Please see Para (2) of the General Condition under Part II of this notification (except para 2(i) ).

i) S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification ii) Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacist course recognised by the Government of Kerala. Note :- 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for selection to this post. 2. In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission incases where acceptance of equivalent qualification is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

(i) The Tenth NCA notification is issued due to paucity of qualified candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Converted to Christianity (SCCC) community after the issuance of First NCA notification vide category No.263/11, Second NCA notification vide Category No.283/13, Third NCA Notification vide category No.465/15 , fourth NCA notification vide Category No. 057/17, fifth NCA Notification vide category No.018/18, Sixth NCA Notification vide Category No. 378/19, Seventh NCA Notification vide Category No. 047/21, Eighth NCA Notification vide Category No. 435/22 and Ninth NCA Notification vide Category No. 319/23. (ii) The above vacancy is now in existence. Ranked List will be prepared for Palakkad district in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked list published for the post in the Palakkad district. (iii) The candidates belonging to above mentioned reservation community shall submit application for the post to above district where the vacancy is existing and shall note the name of that District against the relevant column of the online application. (iv) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked list prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G.O (P) No.36/91/P&ARD, dated 02.12.1991. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher/lower posts when notified. (v) In the case of candidates applying for District-wise selections in Kasargod, Idukki and Wayanad districts. Working Arrangement, Deputaion, Transfer and Mutual Transfer will not be allowed for at least ten years, if they are appointed from the rank lists of those districts. Their promotion will also be limited to those districts (subject to the condition that post/vacancy exist in the district along with the willingness)(G.O(MS) No. 6/2026/P&ARD dated 22.01.2026).
