Upper age limit is not applicable for this post.

Appointment to the post of Divisional Accounts Officer through By Transfer (In-service quota) appointment will be based on the marks secured in the competitive and qualifying examination (Objective Type OMR Test) conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission, comprising of the following papers. Details of Examination Papers:- Sl. A candidate passing the examination under this category shall be required to undergo a comprehensive training for a period of 9 months.

1) The above vacancies are now in existence. The ranklist of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said ranklist will continue to be in force till the publication of a new ranklist after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. 2) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advise was made under some mistake. 3) The rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rule 14 to 17 of Part II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1958 are not applicable to Appointment By Transfer. 4) The candidate who apply for By Transfer (In-service quota) Recruitment should produce a Service Certificate in original in the form prescribed and the same shall be uploaded in their profile and the original shall be produced at the time of certificate verification. 5) Rule 2(13) of Part I and Rule 10(a)ii of Part II of KS&SSR are applicable. 6) In addition to the qualifications prescribed in this notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualification which pre–suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post.
