Age Limit
18 – 41. Candidates should be born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, upper age limit will be relaxed up to 50 years. However, in no case, it shall exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.
Notes
1. The integrated post of Lower Division Clerk / Village Assistant in the Revenue Department is included in this. 2. Vacancies of Lower Division Clerk in the Kerala Municipal Common Service are also filled from the rank list prepared under this notification without obtaining separate consent (for direct recruitment only). 3. The rank list prepared under this notification shall be in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current list will cease to be in force. 4. Candidates belonging to communities other than SC/ST will be rejected. 5. Candidates must apply to any one district only and specify the district name in the application. 6. Candidates must have their photograph with name and date of taking the photo uploaded. The photo is valid for 10 years. 7. No application fee. 8. Candidates must keep a soft copy/print out of the online application for future use. 9. Candidates must produce caste certificate and relevant documents during verification. 10. Confirmation for examination is mandatory if written/OMR/online test is conducted.
