18 – 41. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, the upper age limit will be relaxed up to 50 years. However, under no circumstances shall the age exceed 50 years.

Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.

1. The integrated post of Lower Division Clerk/Village Assistant in the Revenue Department is included in this. 2. Vacancies of Lower Division Clerk in Kerala Municipal Common Service are also included in this notification and will be filled without obtaining consent from candidates included in the rank list (for direct recruitment only). 3. The rank list prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. If a new rank list is published after one year, the current list will cease to be in force. Vacancies reported during the validity of the list will also be filled from this list. 4. Selection is district-wise. Candidates must apply to any one district only. If a candidate applies to more than one district, their applications will be rejected and disciplinary action will be taken. 5. Candidates belonging to communities other than SC/ST are not eligible to apply. 6. Candidates must produce original documents for verification when required by the Commission. 7. Candidates with Aadhar card must provide it as an identity document in their profile. 8. Candidates must provide confirmation for the exam through their profile within the specified period. Failure to do so will lead to rejection of the application.
