Scheduled Caste -01(one) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list published as per this notification will be valid until a candidate is advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for the above mentioned community but remains unfilled and also against vacancies that may arise due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked list published on 17/08/2018 for the post ( Category number 211/2015).

Direct Recruitment from candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste community only Note : Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than the above will be summarily rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications will not be issued.

20-44, Only candidates born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2001(both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post ) 1.) Officers (belonging to the SC community only) of the Technical Education, Public works, Public Health Engineering, Industries, Architecture and Town Planning Departments may also apply. They will be allowed age relaxation to the extent of their service in those departments ( Maximum age limit shall not exceed 50 years as on 01.01.2021)

First Class Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University after undergoing a regular course of Study.

Note:- i)Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. ii)Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the Notification shall produce the relevant Government order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. iii)In the case of difference in original caste/ community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC book, the candidates shall produce a Gazette notification in this regard, along with Non Creamy Layer Certificate/ Community Certificate at the time of certificate verification. Liability to serve in Defence Services: Persons appointed to the post shall be liable, notwithstanding that at the time of requisition they are holding higher appointments, to serve for a minimum period of four years (including period spent in training) in the Defence Services or on assignments relating to Defence efforts anywhere in India or abroad, if so required. The liability to serve in the Defence Services will be limited to the first 10 years of service and will not ordinarily apply to persons above 40 years of age.
