i) Maintenance & repairs of Domestic Appliances - 1 ii) Domestic Nursing - 1 iii) Dairying Milk Products - 1 iv) Physical Education - 1 v) Marketing & Salesmanship - 1

By Transfer (from qualified staff in Ministerial Subordinate Service of the Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department).

Candidates must have completed 18 (eighteen) years as on 01.01.2017, Upper age limit is not applicable for by transfer category.

i) Maintenance and Repairs of Domestic Appliances Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Board of Technical Examinations, Kerala or an equivalent qualification. ii) Domestic Nursing a) B.Sc Degree in Nursing from a University recognised by a University in Kerala. OR b) Higher Secondary Certificate with Diploma in General Nursing from a recognised institution. iii) Dairying Milk Products a) A degree in Dairy Development from a recognised University. OR b) A pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Course in Dairying (Milk Products) conducted by Government of Kerala or equivalent and B.Sc degree with Zoology as an optional subject awarded by any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent. OR c) B.Sc Degree with Zoology as an optional subject from any of the Universities in Kerala or an equivalent qualification. iv) Physical Education A degree in Bachelor of Physical Education awarded by any universities/recognised institutions in Kerala or an equivalent qualification. v) Marketing and Salesmanship a) BBM, BBA or PG Diploma in Marketing from a recognised university/institution or equivalent qualification. OR b) A pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Course in any Commerce Group conducted by Govt. of Kerala or its equivalent with B.Com awarded by any of the universities in Kerala or an equivalent qualification.

1) All the educational qualifications for teaching posts should be one acquired after a regular course of study from a recognized University in Kerala or recognized as equivalent thereto by any one of the Universities in Kerala. 2) If sufficient number of candidates are not available from the ministerial Staff of the department for by transfer appointment the vacancies reserved for them will also be filled up from open market (Direct Recruitment). 3) The rules regarding reservation of appointment contemplated in the articles 14 to 17 of Part II of the Kerala State and subordinate Service Rules, 1958 are not applicable to appointment under by transfer method. 4) The applicant should be a regular ministerial staff of the Vocational Higher Secondary Education Subordinate Service. They should obtain a certificate from the Head of Office showing their service particulars in the form given as Annexure to this notification and produce the same as and when required by the Commission. 5) Persons appointed through employment exchange or otherwise and working in temporary /provisional basis are not eligible to apply for the post in response to this notification. 6) Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. 7) For appointment under By Transfer method the qualified person in the Ministerial Staff in the Subordinate Service of the Department shall pass an eligibility test conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission
