Direct Recruitment from among the eligible employees belonging to Scheduled Tribe community who are permanently employed in the Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. In the absence of qualified Scheduled Tribe candidates, application of Scheduled Caste candidates will also be considered.

18- 50 years. Candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2008 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. No further age relaxation is permitted.

1 Must have 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. 2 Graduation from a recognized University with JDC/HDC. OR B.com with Co-operation OR B.Sc (Co-operation and Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University EQUIVALENT/HIGHER QUALIFICATION

1) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked lists published as per this notification will be valid until candidates is advised and appointed against the vacancy earmarked for the above mentioned community but remains unfilled due to paucity of candidates belonging to the currency of the Ranked List published on 10.01.2023 for the above post notified under Category No.402/2019. This is the Fourth NCA notification issued due to non-availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above community in response to the First NCA notification (Gazette date: 15.12.2023, Category No.550/2023) and the Second NCA notification (Gazette date: 31.12.2024, Category No.651/2024) and the Third NCA notification (Gazette date: 30.08.2025, Category No.320/2025). 2) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on statewide basis. 5. Probation : Every person appointed to this post shall, from the date on which he/she joins duty be on probation for continuous period of period of one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Conditions of the institution are also applicable. Note :- (i) Applications submitted by candidates who are not regular employees of member societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited and who belong to communities other than Scheduled Tribe/Scheduled Caste will be rejected. Individual communication regarding the rejection will not be issued to such candidates. Note:- 1) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of KS&SSR is applicable. 2) The requirement that the employees should be in service of the Society on the date of appointments will not be applicable to those who were recruited through Kerala Public Service Commission to a post in the Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited received for employees of the affiliated Co-operative Societies provided they are continuing in service in that post. 3) In addition to the qualification prescribed in the notification , the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the commission. 4) The eligible employees of Member Societies affiliated to Kerala State Co-operative Agricultural and Rural Development Bank Limited who apply for the above post should obtain the Service Certificate from the Assistant Registrar (General) showing the details of service of the applicant, which render them eligible to apply for the post and shall be produced when required by the Commission. The Service Certificate should be uploaded at the time of submitting application. Otherwise the application will not be accepted.
