By Transfer Recruitment (From among lower grade employees working in Kerala Live Stock Development Board Ltd.). Note: 25% of the vacancies arising in the cadre will be reserved for the regular employees holding low paid post, the recruitment of which are under the purview of the Commission and who secure 40% marks in the competitive test conducted by the Commission for direct recruitment to the post. Those who secure 40% marks will be included in the ranked list and advised for bytransfer appointment. But the rules of reservation and rotation will not apply in their case. In the absence of eligible hands, for by-transfer appointment, those posts will also be filled up through direct recruitment.

18-50. Only candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2008 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. In no case the maximum upper age limit shall exceed 50 (fifty) years. [Para regarding Age Relaxation in General Conditions are not applicable for this Selection]

1. B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. Degree of a recognized university or its equivalent qualification. (for those per sons who were appointed prior to 02.09.1991, SSLC will be sufficient) 2. A Pass in Type Writing and Short hand (English & Malayalam) Lower (KGTE/MGTE) or any other qualifications recognized by Government as equivalent.

(1) The list of selected candidates published by the Commission in pursuance to this Notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the list will not continue to be in force if a new Ranked List is published after the minimum period of expiry of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against vacancies that may be reported to the commission during the period of currency of the list. (2) Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining his/her duty whichever is earlier. (3) The Rules regarding the reservation of appointment contemplated in the Rule 14 to 17 of Part-II of the Kerala State & Subordinate Rules, 1958 are not applicable. (4) In the absence of eligible hands, for by-transfer appointment, those posts will also be filled up through direct recruitment. (5) KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. (6) Applicants should produce a Service Certificate in the form prescribed from the Head of Office and the same shall be uploaded in their profile and the original shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.
