Direct Recruitment (From among OBC and ST communities of Kerala State only). Note:- Applications submitted by candidates belonging to other communities will be summarily rejected.

1. Indian Systems of Medicine / Insurance Medical Services i) 18-39; Only candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (including the relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of the General Conditions). ii) 18 – 41 ; Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (including the relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of the General Conditions). 2. Ayurveda Colleges i) 19-39; Only candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (including the relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of the General Conditions). ii) 19 – 41 ; Only candidates born between 02.01.1982 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (including the relaxation as per Para 2 (i) of the General Conditions). Note:- For concessions allowed in upper age limit, please see Part II of the General Conditions (except Para 2(i)). Subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years.

1. Indian Systems of Medicine / Ayurveda Colleges i) Pass in S.S.L.C. or equivalent qualification. ii) Diploma / Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacy recognized by the Government of Kerala. 2. Insurance Medical Services Certificate in Ayurveda Pharmacy recognized by the Government. Note:- KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable for this selection. "In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by executive orders or standing orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for a post, in the Special Rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribed for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The proportion of qualification/higher qualification and the Government Orders in respect of equivalency/higher qualifications shall be produced at the time of commission call."

(i) The above vacancies are now existing. Separate Ranked lists will be prepared in pursuance of this notification for the district. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the OBC community, kept unfilled in the Ranked List published on 15.01.2022 for the post (Category No. 531/2019) in Thrissur district or against vacancies that may arise due to the non-availability of candidates of OBC community during the currency of the Ranked List, whichever is earlier. As ST communities are kept apart for the tenure of the Ranked List and filled up in the absence of candidates belonging to ST communities, until advice and appointment is made. (ii) Candidates belonging to the aforesaid reservation communities shall submit application to Thrissur district only and shall note the name of the district against the relevant column of the online application. (iii) Selection under this notification will be made in accordance with the special rules issued by the Government vide G.O. (Ms) No.154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A person-selected and appointed in pursuance of this notification from the Ranked List prepared for a district shall not be transferred from that district to another district for a period of five years from the date of commencement of regular service in the post. Even after five years, such transfer shall be subject to the rules contained in G.O. (Ms) No.4/61/PD, dated 02.01.1961. Candidates already in Government service in this same post in any one district are not eligible to submit application for this notification. However, they can apply for notification for higher posts. Candidates must take a printout of the application by clicking the 'My applications' link in their Profile. Applications should be sent to the Commission along with the printout of the application upon request. Applications submitted in contravention of the notification conditions will be summarily rejected. Aadhaar card should be provided as an identity proof in the candidate's profile. Candidates must give confirmation for writing the OMR/Online Test through their One Time Registration profile. A profile-based confirmation will be available 15 days before the test date.
