18 - 36 Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). Usual relaxation in age to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes will be allowed.

1. M.B.A with Specialisation in HR Management. OR 2. Degree in Law and two years Diploma in Personnel Management.

(i) Rule 10(a)(ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable. (ii) Protestants claiming equivalent qualification should produce Government Order proving equivalency and same shall be produced along with the Certificate/Document to prove qualification at the time of verification, failing which such qualification will not be considered. (iii) In the case of difference in caste noted in the SSLC Book, the candidate shall produce Caste Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by the Revenue Authority and Gazette Notification concerned at the time of certificate verification. (iv) Candidates who make false claims about education, experience etc. and give appointment in the examination/confirmation or to appear for verification are liable to be punished as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976.
