18-45. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community born between 02.01.1977 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.

1. SSLC or its equivalent qualification. 2. A degree in Urdu language conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR A title of Oriental Learning in Urdu awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. OR A pass in Adib-i-Fazil (Preliminary) (Urdu) examination conducted by any of the Universities in Kerala. OR A pass in Urdu Higher examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. OR BA Urdu and Islamic History double main degree awarded by Kannur University (G.O.(MS) No.158/2018/G.Edn dated 12/11/2018). 3. Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET-IV) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Exemptions: (i) Candidates who have acquired CTET/NET/SET/M.Phil/Ph.D/M.Ed in the relevant subject are exempted from the TET qualification (G.O. (P) No. 145/16/G.Edn. dated 30.08.2016, G.O. (P) No. 206/16/G.Edn. dated 08.12.2016). (ii) As per the government circular 1866829/J3/2017 G.Edn dated 09/03/2018, CTET qualification is not accepted in lieu of K-TET Category III and IV. (iii) Candidates who have acquired KTET Category III are exempted from acquiring KTET Category IV (G.O.(MS) No. 109/2022/G.Edn dated 24.06.2022).

1. Candidates must submit applications online through the official website www.keralapsc.gov.in. 2. Candidates belonging to the reservation community must specify the district (Wayanad) in the application. 3. Rank list prepared will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the community. 4. District-wise selection as per G.O.(MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. 5. Special rules regarding age relaxation and preference for wives of Jawan, Scouts and Guides apply. 6. Candidates must upload a photo taken after 31/12/2012 with name and date clearly marked. 7. Candidates must confirm their participation for OMR/Online exams through their profile to generate admission tickets. 8. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 a(ii) is applicable.
