Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes only) Note :- Applications received from candidates other than Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued.

18 - 41, Candidates born between 02.01.1984 and 01.01.2007 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for the post. (No other age relaxation will be allowed.) Note:- Other conditions regarding age relaxation in para(2) of the general conditions are not applicable to this selection Note :- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit the upper age limit shall be relaxed upto 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (fifty) years.

1) A Pass in standard VII forum or equivalent qualification 2) Must possess current motor driving licence to drive LMV and HMV with Drivers Badge. HMV Driving License shall be of at least 3 years standing and in the case of driving license issued after 16.01.1979 separate endorsement to drive Heavy duty goods vehicles and Heavy duty passenger vehicles. Note:- (i) Rule 10(a) (ii ) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable for this post. (ii) “ In addition to the qualifications prescribed in the notification, the qualifications recognized by Executive Orders or Standing Orders of Government as equivalent to a qualification specified for the post, in the Special Rules or found acceptable by the Commission in cases where acceptance of equivalent qualifications is provided for in the rules and such of those qualifications which pre-suppose the acquisition of the lower qualification prescribrd for the post, shall also be sufficient for the post. The copy of the Government orders declaring equivalent / higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission” 3) Medical Fitness:- Should be medically fit as per the standards specified below: a) Ear - Hearing should be perfect. b) Eye Sight: Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses. (Including age relaxation as per Para 2 of the General Conditions) Vision Right Eye Left Eye a) Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen 6/6 Snellen b) Near Vision 0.5 Snellen 0.5 Snellen Colour Vision : Normal Night blindness : Nil c) Muscles and joints - No paralysis and all joints with free movements. d) Nervous System - Perfectly normal, free from any infectious diseases Note:- 1) The driving License shall be valid not only at the time of application but also at each stage of selection. 2) Proficiency in driving Heavy Duty Vehicles is to be proved by practical test conducted by the KPSC during the course of selection. 3) Medical fitness shall be proved by a proper medical certificate obtained from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon.

Note : Differently Abled candidates are not eligible to apply in response to this notification (i) The above vacancy is now in existence. The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and maximum period of three years, provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year is published for this post under the same method of appointment. Advice for appointment will be made from the Ranked list published in pursuance of this notification for the above vacancies and also for more vacancies for the post reported for Special Recruitment for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes during the pendency of the Rank list. Vacancies of the above post reported exclusively for Scheduled Tribes will also be advised from this list, if no separate ranked list is available or a separate selection is under way exclusively for Scheduled Tribe for filling up of such vacancies. Only in the absence of Scheduled Tribe candidates in the said Rank list a fresh notification exclusively for 'Scheduled Tribes' will be issued for such vacancies. (ii) The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel the advice for appointment of any candidate to the above post, if it is subsequently found that such advice was made under some mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of the candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the Commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of probation or 240 days from the date of joining duty whichever is earlier. Probation :- The probation period is applicable as per the provision of the rules of Oil Palm India Ltd. Candidates should furnish the full details regarding the Driving Licence in the relevant column (qualifications) of the application. Candidates called for the practical test will have to produce Medical certificate in the prescribed form in original containing all relevant details as required in para 7 (3) above [except (3) (b)] from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon. A Medical Certificate regarding eye sight as per Para 7 (3) (b) from an Ophthalmologist in Government Service also will have to be produced. Candidate should possess current valid Driving Licence and badge throughout all the stages of selection process i.e., on the last date of receipt of application, OMR Test / Online Test, Practical Test, OTV and Interview. If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, candidate shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration Profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the admission tickets in the last 15 days till the date of test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period will be rejected absolutely. Paragraphs two, three and twenty five (except Rule 3 (c) under Part II of the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules) of General Conditions are not applicable to this selection.
