Age Limit
18-40. Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (SC/ST and other backward communities are eligible for usual age relaxation as per rules).
Qualifications
1) Must have passed the SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent. 2) a) Must have passed the Certificate Examination in Physical Education conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. OR b) Must have passed the Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate Course in Physical Education conducted by the Vocational Higher Secondary Education Board, Kerala or its equivalent. OR c) Must have passed any of the degrees in Physical Education (B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed etc.) obtained through regular study from any of the Universities in Kerala or recognized by them. OR d) Ex-servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force) who have passed SSLC or equivalent examination and possess any of the following qualifications: i) Army Physical Training Course (Assistant Instructors Basic Course in Physical Education). ii) Army Physical Training Corps Instructors Course. iii) Naval Physical Training Corps Instructors Course. iv) Air Force Ground Training Instructors Course. 3) Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala.
Notes
1. Candidates should submit applications only through the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.gov.in) after One Time Registration. 2. Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for Kozhikode and Wayanad districts. 3. The Ranked List prepared in pursuance of this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. 4. Candidates should submit applications to the district where the vacancy is reported. 5. Differently abled candidates are not eligible to apply for this post. 6. Candidates must provide Aadhaar card as identity proof in their profile. 7. Candidates must provide confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time Registration profile. Failure to provide confirmation will lead to rejection of the application.
