Age Limit
18-41. Candidates must be born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included). In the absence of qualified candidates within the specified age limit, the upper age limit will be relaxed up to 50 years. However, in no case shall it exceed 50 years.
Qualifications
1. S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification. 2. Lower Grade Certificate in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE) or equivalent qualification. 3. Lower Grade Certificate in English Typewriting (KGTE) and Certificate in Computer Word Processing or equivalent qualification. Note: Candidates who have acquired KGTE Typewriting qualification before January 2002 must have acquired the Computer Word Processing certificate or equivalent qualification at the time of submitting the application.
Notes
1. Separate rank lists will be prepared for each district. The rank list will remain in force for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. 2. Selection is district-wise as per G.O (M.S) 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. 3. Candidates must apply to only one district. Applying for more than one district will lead to rejection of applications. 4. Candidates belonging to non-Scheduled Tribe communities will be rejected. 5. KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. 6. Candidates must produce original documents when required by the Commission. 7. If a written/OMR/online test is conducted, candidates must submit confirmation through their One Time Registration profile. 8. Candidates must upload a photograph taken after 31.12.2012. For profiles created after 01.01.2022, the photograph must be taken within 6 months. 9. Aadhaar card should be provided as identity proof in the profile.
