Direct Recruitment (Statewide) From the women candidates belonging to SCCC & Muslim communities only.

18-29. Candidates born between 02.01.1994 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. (Including the relaxation as per para 2(i) in part II of General conditions). Note: The age limit for the candidates those belonging to Schedule Caste Converted to Christian Community, who have converted to Christianity from SC after attaining 18 years and children of such parents is 18-31 ie, candidates born between 02.01.1992 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included)

(a) Educational Qualification : Pass in HSE(Plus Two) or its equivalent. Note: (i) Rule 10 (a) (ii) of Part II of the KS & SSR is applicable. (ii) In addition to the qualification specified in the Notification, the qualification declared by Government through executive orders or standing orders, as equivalent to the prescribed educational qualification and the higher qualifications of the notified and prescribed basic qualifications shall be accepted. The Government Order regarding the equivalent qualification/higher qualification shall be produced as and when called for by the Commission. (b) Physical Qualifications: (i) Height : A minimum of 157cm. (ii) Eye Sight: Must be certified to possess the visual standards specified below without glasses. Vision Left Eye Right Eye 6/6 Snellen Distant Vision 6/6 Snellen 0.5 Snellen Near Vision 0.5 Snellen Note: (i) Each eye must have a full field of vision. Colour blindness, squint or any morbid conditions of the eye or lids of either eye will be deemed to be a disqualification. (ii) Must be free from apparent physical defects like knock-knee, flat foot, varicose vein, bow legs, deformed limbs, irregular and protruding tooth, defective speech and hearing. (i) The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked List published as per this notification shall remain in force, until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List No.177/2023/ER XIII dated: 23/03/2023(Cat.No.94/2020). This is the first NCA notification due to the non-availability of qualified candidates in the above mentioned communities. (ii) The Recruitment to the post of Women Police Constable will only be to the Women Police Battalion and the vacancies occuring in the districts will be filled up by the transferring the officers on the basis of advice/rank seniority. (G.O.(Rt)1484/2017/Home dated 05/06/2017). (iii) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to them. (iv) Physical measurement of candidates will be taken at the time of physical efficiency test and those who do not possess the prescribed physical measurement will not be admitted for the physical efficiency test. If accidents or injuries happen to a candidate while participating in the physical efficiency test, she will not be given further chance to participate in the test. The candidates should produce a Medical Certificate in original in the form prescribed hereunder, certifying to their physical fitness and eye sight without glasses at the time of physical efficiency test. The Medical Certificate should be one obtained from a Medical Officer under the Government not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon/ Junior Consultant. The Medical Certificate should also be uploaded at the time of certificate verification. (v) Candidates must register as per ‘ONE TIME REGISTRATION’ with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission (www.keralapsc.gov.in) before applying for the post. Candidates who have already registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and password. Candidates must click on the ‘Apply Now’ button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. The Photograph uploaded should be taken on or after 31/12/2023. Those candidates who create new profile 01.01.2023 onwards should upload their photograph taken within six months. Name of the candidate and the date of taking photograph should be printed at the bottom portion of the photograph. The photograph once uploaded meeting all the requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link ‘Applications’ in their profile. All correspondences with the Commission, regarding the application should be accompanied with the printout of the application. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of their personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application, candidates must ensure the correctness of the information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application once submitted is received as provisional and the details cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application submitted not in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the notification will be summarily rejected in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, Experience, Community, age etc have to be produced as and when called for. (vi) If Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of the selection, candidates shall submit a confirmation for writing the examination through their One Time registration profile. Such candidates alone can generate and download the Admission Tickets in the last 15 days before the date of test. The applications of candidates who do not submit confirmation within the stipulated period, will be rejected absolutely. The periods regarding the submission of confirmation and the availability of admission tickets will be published in the examination calendar itself. Information in this regard will be given to the candidates in their respective profiles and in the mobile phone number registered in it. (vii) Candidates those who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as ID proof in the profile. (viii) In the case of difference in Caste/Community claimed in the application and that entered in SSLC Book, the candidate shall produce a gazette notification in this regard, along with non cremylayer certificate at the time of certificate verification. (ix) Candidates are required to acquaint themselves with the instructions given in the notification as Part II, General Conditions before submitting application for the post. Applications which are not submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the General conditions are liable to be rejected. (x) Appropriate disciplinary actions as per rule 22 of the Kerala Public Service Commission Rules of procedure 1976 shall be initiated against those candidates who submit applications with bogus claims of qualification regarding education, experience etc. and are liable to be disqualified for being considered for a particular post or debarment from applying to the Commission either permanently or for any period or the invalidation of their answer scripts or products in a written/practical test or the initiation of criminal or other proceedings against them if they have already been appointed, or any one or more of the above.
